Fall Playlist

While I wasn’t too thrilled to see snow falling last night (I’m definitely not ready for that yet!), I am happy about the chillier weather. Fall is in full swing and I am loving it! I love wearing my warm sweaters, beanies, and blanket scarves. I love the crisp leaves, picking pumpkins, and getting cozy in sweatpants and under blankets with a hot cup of tea at the end of the day. Everything about fall is perfect to me!

As a self-proclaimed music addict, I feel that everything should have a playlist; every event, every mood, every season. During the fall months, my playlist is predominately made up of slow, soft indie/acoustic songs to accompany the falling leaves and the cool fall breeze. These songs remind me of sipping on warm drinks, crunching through the leaves on the street, and rainy fall days spent inside with a good book.

I was inspired to share my fall playlist with you by Kendra’s post from the blog “Coffee Together”, which she runs with her friend Haley (their blog is really great so check them out when you get a chance!). The songs Kendra chose for her playlist are great and it made me want to share my selection of songs that put me in a fall mood.

So without further ado, here is my fall playlist!

1.) Georgia-Vance Joy

2.) Lego House-Ed Sheeran

3.) Move Together-James Bay

4.) Heartbeats-Jose Gonzalez

5.) Autumn Leaves-Ed Sheeran

6.) One Day-Kodaline

7.) Promise-Ben Howard

8.) Let It Be Me-Ray LaMontagne

9.) October-U2

10.) One-Ed Sheeran

11.) Keep Your Head Up-Ben Howard

12.) Slow it Down-The Lumineers

13.) Be the Song-Foy Vance

14.) Welcome Home-Radical Face

15.) Heart’s on Fire-Passenger

16.) Fallingforyou-The 1975

17.) With or Without You-U2

18.) Everything Has Changed-Taylor Swift feat. Ed Sheeran

19.) Blindsided-Bon Iver

20.) Yellow-Coldplay

21.) I See Fire-Ed Sheeran

22.) We Are the Love We Give-Imaginary Future

23.) Comes and Goes (In Waves)-Greg Laswell

24.) Pictures of You-The Cure

25.) Colour Me In-Damien Rice

And there you have it! This is just a small selection from the actual playlist I have on my phone (I have over 70 songs in the playlist) but these are some of my favourite songs from the list.

I hope you enjoyed this post and if you’re interested, give these songs a listen! I’d also love to hear what is on your playlist for the fall or what some of your favourite songs are!

Thanks for reading,

Sydney

Of all these, it’s only one song I have listened to, and that is One, by Ed Sheeran. Beautiful song. I haven’t listened to Autumn leaves by him but I’ve listened to the one by Chris Brown and I like that one very much. Have you listened to it?
BTW, you seem to love Ed Sheeran songs.

Hi Sydney… It’s Esther from the blog. How was your Day? Or how is it going? Good I hope. Before I say anything more, I’ll like you to know that I like your blog posts, and I’ll like to give you just a little tip to growing your readers, cause I believe you have stuff to offer. Of course you may not be too concerned about it but if we are going to be sincere with ourselves feed back is what would help us not hive up. I’m new myself, so I’ll just tell you something that can help you grow your readers. It’s why I won’t do a post about it cause I myself do not like reading posts on it. Anyway, I’m not saying its a code for success blogging, and I haven’t seen what I did anywhere, but…i know you’re wondering. Where on earth is she going with this?? πŸ˜€ I’m getting there. Presently, since I’m not in school and I’m only taking sewing lessons, I have free time, and as a result, when I newly begun blogging, after searching tags I like and following the blog accounts, I would the check their posts, and then check the people that like the posts. I can then check their own blog posts. If I like what is there, I can “like” it, and leave a comment or two, then follow. They also might reciprocate, check your blog, and then give you a like, and/ or a comment. For instance, I got to know your profile cause you liked one of El’s. You obviously may not have as much free time, but well, I just wanted to tell you cause I liked the stuff you post and I wanted to help you widen the amount of people you have visiting your site.

I just blog for fun, but it would be cool to reach out to other bloggers that way and possibly get more people to read my posts! Thank you so much for the helpful hint! I hope that you are finding success and enjoyment with blogging as well, keep up the great work! πŸ™‚
