I hope you have been enjoying these Top Ten Tuesday/52 Lists Project posts so far! As I mentioned, I love list-making so I am definitely having fun writing these posts each week!
This week, the prompt from the journal says to write down what you would like your life to look like ten years from now. Planning for the future is sometimes difficult, especially because things can change so quickly and your goals may be different year-by-year. That said, I do still like to keep my goals in mind for the future and I think that making lists like these are not only fun, but insightful and even inspirational. They help keep your life goals at the forefront of your thoughts so you can actively work towards them each day!
Here we go!
“List 5: List what you would like your life to look like ten years from now”
1.) Danny and I will have jobs/careers that we love
2.) I will have my student debt paid off
3.) Danny and I will own our own home
4.) We will have had our first child (and possibly be onto our second one)
5.) We will be active members in our community (through volunteering, etc.)
6.) Danny and I will continue to play music (especially for our children)
7.) I will have purchased my own car (hopefully that will happen sooner than later)
8.) We will have gone on at least one nice vacation
9.) I will have strong, close friendships (hopefully with the same people I am close with today)
10.) I will be strong in my faith
Those are just a few things I hope to have/accomplish ten years from now! I’m sure I could think about way more, but those are definitely the things that are really important to me at the moment, and I hope I see them through!
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? What are some things you hope to have accomplished by then? Please feel free to share your thoughts with me!
Have a great evening everyone!
