I try to set goals every month, whether they be large or small. As I have mentioned before, I am a lover of writing lists, so writing a list of my monthly goals is something that I always enjoy.
Here are a few goals that I have set for myself this month in terms of academics, health and fitness, and daily life goals!
March Goals:
1.) Get to the gym at least 3 times a week
2.) Wake up at 5:45 am consistently (no more alarm snoozing)
3.) Do stretching/yoga every night
4.) Drink 3 litres of water per day
5.) Get ahead on course readings
6.) Rewrite all class notes at the end of each week
7.) Complete the March Blogging Challenge
8.) Start writing Bible Study Sunday posts again
9.) Stick to a proper cleaning schedule
10.) Eat less sugar and meat
11.) Try to cut down on caffeine intake
12.) Take more organized notes in class
13.) Spend less time on social media
14.) Read daily devotion book and Bible every night
15.) Keep up with prayer journal entries (each morning and night)
16.) Visit with family more often
17.) Keep in contact with friends consistently
18.) Play the piano for 20 minutes per day
Those are just a few of my goals for this month! They’re not huge goals but I think they are achievable and each month, I intend to build on these goals.
With hard work, prayer, and focus, I am confident that I will be able to achieve these goals! I’m excited to see what this month brings!
