I’m so sorry I missed the last couple of days for the blogging challenge! I had a bit of a hectic weekend and a busy day yesterday that I never got around to posting.
This post will be combining days 5, 6, and 7 of the blogging challenge! I hope you enjoy!
Day 5: What is one impossible dream you can pray over today?
One seemingly impossible dream that I can pray over is living abroad, even if it’s just for a few months. I have always wanted to live in a different country, just for the experience. It’s a bit more extensive than just simply traveling to a country for a couple of weeks and I have a few friends who have lived abroad and they loved it. I
I have always been interested in travel and living abroad has always appealed to me. This dream is not as possible as it could have been even a year ago. I am now married, still in school, and no longer living with my parents. I have different responsibilities now that wouldn’t allow me to travel, let alone live abroad, as easily as it would have been in the past. I have also come to the conclusion that I am a homebody and as much as I believe that I would like to live in another country, I would miss home terribly.
I pray that someday, I will get the chance to live abroad and have that experience with my husband. I pray that if Danny and I ever get the opportunity, we will have the means to, and be brave enough to take it. I’d love to share that experience with him.
Day 6: What/who is currently on your prayer list?
1.) That my great-grandmother is recovering from her surgery
2.) For my grandmother to feel better after a bad week with the flu
3.) That my friends are all doing well in school or at work, and just in general
4.) That my sister in law is adjusting to her new job
5.) For my parents’ well-being
6.) My husband
7.) My friends/bosses
8.) For all of those who are sick or suffering at this time
Day 7: What has changed about you/in your life recently?
There have been a few changes in my life over the past couple of months. I have been getting more hours at my job, which has been great so far. I have enjoyed being able to have more experience at the restaurant before the festival season starts. I recently joined the gym and I have been going at least twice a week (not nearly as often as I’d like to be going, but its a start). I’ve noticed that I have a bit more energy and I am able to do more each time I go. I have made some changes to overall health routine in terms of my eating habits and making time to improve my mental health.
There haven’t been too many changes in my life recently, but those are a few things that have been progressively changing over the past couple of months.
