30 Days of Gratitude, Day 6: God’s Provision

I am truly thankful for God’s provision in my life. As Christians, we must trust that God will provide for us, even when trusting is difficult or you feel hopeless. God does provide everything for us, it just isn’t in our own timing or sometimes, it does not match the idea we had. God has plans for each one of us and his provision in our lives is ever-present, even when we feel it is not. We are responsible for trusting in Him and being patient with the process. If you trust God to guide you, He will provide you with everything you need when you truly need it and that may not always be when you think you need it.

I have struggled with this concept frequently throughout my life so far and I guarantee that there will be more times when I struggle to trust the process of God’s provision. I am getting stronger in my faith each day, however, I get impatient with the process at times. I’m sure that I’m not the only one that gets impatient with God. It is not a good thing to do, but it’s common among many people. We question His timing, which we shouldn’t if we believe that He has a plan for us, but humans are impatient, especially in today’s fast-paced society where we are used to getting things quickly.

Patience, grace, and persistence is essential for trusting God’s provision for us. It is an amazing gift which helps us develop and grow further in our faith and we need to trust the process and know that God does provide for us each day, it just may not be what we think it should be. If we focus on Him and put our trust in Him, He will provide everything we need at exactly the right time.

I am thankful for what God has provided me so far in my life and I am thankful for everything He will continue to provide for me. I am putting my faith in His timing and asking for His guidance (even though I struggle with this at times) and I am trusting everything He will provide for me when He feels it is right.

I hope you all have a wonderful day!
